From the Main Menu, click Human Resources/Organisations.  Note:  The Organisation Profiles list will display in the display view.

 

Add a New Department/Branch to Organisation

This function enables additional organisational department/branches to be added.

 

  1. Click New next to the Organisation Profile heading in display view.  Note:  The Department/Branch details will default to the Organisation's details.

  2. Under Department/Branch enter Name in .

  3. Click Clear button under Street Address Details if different from default address displayed and enter Address in 's.

  4. Enter Suburb/Town in .

  5. Select State from the .

  6. Enter Country in .  Note:  Defaults to Australia.

  7. Enter Postcode in .

  8. Repeat steps 5 to 9 under Postal Address Details.

  9. Enter Phone, Facsimile, Email and Web Address under Contact Details if different from default details.  

  10. Click Save.  Note:  The Department/Branch will display in the organisational profile list.
