From the Main Menu, click Human Resources/People.  Note:  The Organisation People list will display in the display view.

 

Add a New Person to Organisation

This screen is used when you click the New button under the menu selections of People and People Assignment.  It enables the addition of a new person to an organisation.
 

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display.  'How to use Filter By'
 

  1. Click New next to the Organisation People heading on display view.  Note:  The Personal Details in the details view will default to the Organisation's Address details.

  2. Under Personal Details, enter person's First Name in .

  3. Enter person's Last Name in .

  4. Select Department/Branch Details from .

  5. Enter person's Position within organisation in .

  6. Under Login Details, person's Username will be automatically inserted after the Save button has been clicked.

  7. Enter person's Password of up to 8 characters in .  Note:  When person's details have been saved, the Password box will appear blank.

  8. Click Clear button under Street Address Details if different from default address displayed and enter Address in 's.

  9. Enter Suburb/Town in .

  10. Select State from the .

  11. Enter Country in .  Note:  Defaults to Australia.

  12. Enter Postcode in .

  13. Repeat steps 10 to 12 under Postal Address Details.

  14. Enter Phone, Facsimile, Mobile, Email and Web Address under Contact Details if different from default details.  

  15. Click Save.   Note:  The Person's personal details in the details view will be displayed, defaulting to the Organisation's address details.
