From the Main Menu, click Human Resources/People. Note: The Organisation People list will display in the display view.
Edit and Delete a Person
This function enables maintenance of a person's name, branch/department,
position and password details, and address and contact details.
View the Navigation Instructions
Click next to Person
in display view. Note:
The person's
details will display in the details view. Hover cursor over name in display
view to view the date and time the record was last updated.
Make changes as required. Note: Click Clear button under Street Address & Postal Address Details if different from address displayed and enter new address details.
Click Save.
Note:
The Password
will be saved and the will appear blank. This
is a system requirement so that other users cannot use your login details.
This function
enables a person to be deleted from an organisation's people list and
placed in the deleted records list. The
person can be recovered from the deleted items list and placed back into
organisation's people list.

Click next to Person
in display view. Note:
The person's
details will display in the details view. Hover cursor over name in display
view to view the date and time the record was last updated.
Click Delete next to the Organisation People heading in display view.
A popup window will display asking if you are sure you want to delete this person. Click Yes to delete person. Click No to cancel and close the window. Note: The project roles will be removed from the person. If yes is clicked, the person will be deleted from the list in display view and placed in the deleted records list.
