From the Main Menu, click Human Resources/People.  Note:  The Organisation People list will display in the display view.

 

Recover Deleted Person

This function enables a person to be recovered from deleted records and placed in the organisation people list.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display.  'How to use Filter By'
 

  1. Select Deleted Records in the View List By .

  2. Click next to Person in display view.  Note:  The person's details will display in the details view with a note that this person is DELETED.

  3. To recover the person, click Recover button at the bottom of the display screen.  Note:  The person will appear in the organisation people list only.
