New	Add a subcontractor to the display list to be able to assign to a project and role
Remove	Remove a subcontractor from the display list
Go	Starts filter by search (only displays when list is more than one page)
All	Displays all subcontractor's organisation has entered into bpims (only displays when more than one page)
Previous	Goes back one page of subcontractor list (only displays when list is more than one page)
Page No.	Click dropdown to select page number (only displays when list is more than one page)
Next	Goes forward one page of subcontractor (only displays when list is more than one page)
Screen Item	Description
Trading Name	Subcontractor's registered trading name
Company Name	Subcontractor's registered company name
Address	Subcontractor's street and postal address
Suburb/Town	Select from the dropdown list of suburbs
State	State subcontractor is located
Country	System defaults to Australia
Postcode	Suburb's postcode
Phone	International area code, state area code and phone number
Facsimile	International area code, state area code and facsimile number
Email	Subcontractor's email address
Web Address	Subcontractor's url web address

Only Subcontractors with an active status will be displayed.
You cannot edit Subcontractor details. Displays may only be changed by the organisation itself or DPTI.
symbol next to a Subcontractor denotes that they are a DPTI prequalified subcontractor.
symbol next to a Subcontractor denotes information has been received by DPTI but not yet updated.
symbol next to a Subcontractor denotes Subcontractor has been assigned to a role but not yet approved by DPTI.
Hover cursor over the subcontractor's name to view the date and time the record was last updated.
Clicking on the New button creates a relationship between the organisation and a Subcontractor. A Subcontractor can be selected from the list or, if they are not on the list, the details of the Subcontractor may be entered on the details screen to be verified later by DPTI.

From the Main Menu, click Human Resources/Subcontractor. Note: The subcontractor list will display in the display view.
