If not in library, click Library in the header at the top of the screen.  Note:  The library home page will open in a separate window.

 

View PIP Lines

A list of all PIP/PIP Building Lines.  Each line is made up of a series of processes with added lines depicting project milestones and, where applicable, work instructions.  If a line is  highlighted, it denotes the line has been associated with the role you have logged in with.

  1. Click PIP or PIP Buildings on the menu.  Note:  A list of PIP Stages will display in the content window.

  2. Click PIP Stage (e.g. Concept).   Note:  A list of all PIP Lines will be displayed in the content window.  

  3. Hover cursor over line to display line role and responsibility (e.g. Project Manager : Create Privilege).

  4. To open resource, click on or click Resource Title
    (e.g. e.g. Guidelines to Asbestos removal).  Note:  The file download window will open in a separate window.

  5. Click Open to open the resource or click Save to save the resource to your PC or click Cancel to close the window.  Note: The resource will open in its native format (e.g. word, excel, pdf etc).

  6. Click File/Close or click X in the top right-hand corner of the window to close the resource.

  7. If a line has a Work Instruction attached, click at the end of the line to view work instruction/s.   Note: A list of work instruction/s will be displayed in the content window.  

  8. Click Back to return to PIP lines.

  9. If there are any Library Resources attached to the work instruction, click   icon to view a list of resource/s.  A list of resources with names and description will display in the content window.   

  10. Click Back to return to work instructions.

  11. To exit library, click Close at the top of the screen.
