NAVIGATION

1. If not in library, click Library in the header at the top of the screen.  Note:  The library home page will open in a separate window.

2. Click PIP or PIP Buildings on the menu.  Note:  A list of PIP Stages will display in the content window.

3. Click PIP Stage (e.g. Concept) in the content window.  Note:  A list of all PIP Lines will be displayed.  You can Hover cursor over resource title to display line role and responsibility (e.g. Project Manager : Create Privilege).

View PIP Library Resources

1. To view a Library Resource/s attached to a line, click at the end of the line to view a list of resource/s.  Note: A list of resource/s with resource name and description will display in the content window.  Hover cursor over resource title to display line role and responsibility.

2. To open/download a resource, click on or click Resource Title
   (e.g. Project Proposal Template - 097).  Note:  The file download window will open in a separate window.

3. Hover cursor over resource title to display line role and responsibility (e.g. Project Manager : Create Privilege).

4. Click Open to open the resource or click Save to save the resource to your PC or click Cancel to close the window.  Note: The resource will open in its native format (eg. word, excel, pdf etc).

5. Click File/Close or click X in the top RH corner of the window to close the resource.

6. To exit library, click Close at the top of the screen.
