search for library resource

Under the Resource Search heading that appears on the left-hand side (leave all fields blank) click Search button. Note: A list of all the resource/s name and description will display in the content window of the screen. Only 10 resources are shown at a time on the screen.
To open, click on or click on Resource Title
(e.g. Project Proposal Template - 097). Note: The file download window will open in a separate window.
Click Open to open the resource or click Save to save the resource to your PC or click Cancel to close the window. Note: The resource will open in its native format (eg. word, excel, pdf etc).

Under Resource Name, enter any words in a resource name (e.g. progress or progress certificate) in . Note: Do not use punctuation characters (e.g. " ' & / !) in your search criteria.
Click Search button. Note: A list showing the resource's name and description with the search words entered will display in the content window of the screen.
To open, click on or click Resource Title

Under Keyword, click the to select a resource keyword. To select multiple Keywords, hold the 'ctrl' key down and select.

You can combine search terms using a combination of Resource Name, Keyword, Role and or Type of Resource.

If not in library, click Library in the header at the top of the screen. Note: The library home page will open in a separate window.

Provides a search facility to search for resources by resource name, resource keyword, roles and/or resource types. Searches can be for any one or a combination of resource name and/or keyword and/or role, and/or type.
