If not in library, click Library in the header at the top of the screen.  Note:  The library home page will open in a separate window.

View Work Instruction Resources

A list of Work Instructions associated to the PIP/PIP Building Line.  If the work instruction line displays highlighted, it denotes the work instruction has been associated with the role you have logged in with.

1. Click PIP Buildings on the menu.  Note:  A list of PIP Stages will display in the content window.

2. Click PIP Stage (e.g. Concept)   Note:  A list of all PIP Lines will be displayed in the content window.

3. Click at the end of the line that you want to view the work instruction/s.  Note: A list of work instructions will display in the content window.  Hover cursor over work instruction to display line role and responsibility.

4. Click at the end of the work instruction line to view a list of resources.  Note: A list of resource/s with resource name and description will display in the content window.

5. To open a resource, click on or click Resource Title
   (e.g. Project Proposal Template - 097).  Note:  The file download window will open in a separate window.

6. Click Open to open the resource or click Save to save the resource to your PC or click Cancel to close the window.  Note: The resource will open in its native format (eg. word, excel, pdf etc).

7. Click File/Close or click X in the top right-hand corner of the window to close the resource.

8. Click Back to return to work instruction/s, or click Close at the top of the screen to exit from the library.
