NAVIGATION

  1. From the Main Menu, click Administrators/Contract Instructions
    OR

    From the Main Menu, click Project Lists.  Click next to project in list, click Project Home button.  Note:  The project's home page will display.

  2. On the dropdown menu, click Procurement/Contract Instructions.
    Note: The project's contracts will list in the display view.

  3. Click next to Contract Number/Name/Role in display view list.
    Note: The contract's VOs and CMs will list in the details view with the 1st line of the description, date last modified & $ value.

 

View Contract Instruction History

The history button displays a list of all the previous items relating to that variation order or contract memo including event type, date entered, person who generated, status and the variation order/s or contract memo number.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display.  'How to use Filter By'

 

  1. Click next to Variation Order or Contract Memo in the details view.

  2. Click View button at the bottom of the list in the details view (history can also be accessed from the Edit screen).  Note: The contract number and contractor will display at the top in the details view.

  3. Click History button to open window displaying a history of events.  

  4. Click Close to close the history window.

  5. Click List to go back to contract instruction list.
