  1. From the Main Menu, click Administrators/Contract Instructions
    OR

    From the Main Menu, click Project Lists.  Click next to project in list, click Project Home button.  Note:  The project's home page will display.

  2. On the dropdown menu, click Procurement/Contract Instructions.
    Note: The project's contracts will list in the display view.

  3. Click next to Contract Number/Name/Role in display view list.
    Note: The contract's VOs and CMs will list in the details view with the 1st line of the description, date last modified & $ value.

 

Generate a Contract Report

A Contract Report is generated using Excel, and represents all a project's contract variation orders and contract memos.  The report includes the VO/CM Number, Status, Authorised Date, Description, Estimate, Contractor's Claim, Approved Value, Adjustment, Cause, Old RIPAC Number, Discipline, and Fund Source.

You can manipulate the data through Excel data filters and sorts and save to your PC/Network.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display.  'How to use Filter By'

 

  1. Click Report button at the bottom of the list in the Details View.  Note: The file download window will open.

  2. Click Open.  Note:  The report opens in an Excel spreadsheet.

  3. Manipulate report as required using the Excel format and tools menus.  Click File/Save to save the report to your PC or click File/Close or click X in the top right-hand corner of the window to close the report.
