Attach Keywords to a Document

This function allows users to attach multiple keywords to a document.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display.  'How to use Filter By'
 

Navigation - from Login Menu

  1. Click My Files OR My Action Items on the main menu.

  2. Click next to document in list, click Select.  Note: The Project's Home Page will display documents list with the next to document.

  3. Go to step 3 of PROJECT HOME MENU below.

Navigation - from Project Home Menu

  1. Click Project File, My Files, My Hidden Files OR My Action Items on the main menu.

  2. Click next to document in list, click Properties.  Note: The Document Properties window will display.

  3. Click Keywords tab.  

  4. Click 1st and select Keyword.

  5. If applicable, click 2nd and select Keyword.

  6. If applicable, click 3rd to select multiple Keywords.  Note: Hold the 'ctrl' key and click keywords to select multiple keywords.  If the dropdown lists are disabled you do not have the authority to attach keyword/s and will not be able to proceed further.

  7. Click Save or Cancel to close window.
