Navigation Button	Description
Go	Starts filter by search (only display when list is more than one page)
All	Displays all actions (only display when list is more than one page)
Previous	Goes back one page of actions list (only display when list is more than one page)
Page No.	Click dropdown to select page number (only display when list is more than one page)
Next	Goes forward one page of actions list (only display when list is more than one page)
Open	Opens the selected document using the standard file open dialogue
Properties	Displays general document information; lists related documents, add/remove related documents, displays keywords, add/remove keywords
Respond	Respond to a document action
Screen Item	Description
Filter by	Filter action list by entering a word, date (e.g. report) and the action list will display only documents with the word 'report' in the name (only displays when list is more than one page)
File Name	Given name of file
Action Required	The action you are required to carry out
Date Added	Date document was added to 'Project File'
Author	Author of the document

My Action Items is a list of all files that require action by the logged in user, sorted by the most recent entry first.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display. 'How to use Filter By'

	Open - opens the selected document using the standard file open dialogue
	Properties - displays general document information; displays all document action items, displays who the document has been viewed by, displays all the related documents, has the ability to add/remove related documents, displays keywords, and has the ability to add/remove keyword
	Respond- allows you to respond to a document action
