My Action Items
My Action Items is a list of all files that require action by the logged in user, sorted by the most recent entry first.
Overdue actions are indicated with symbol. Action
items include For Information, For Authorisation,
For Action, For Endorsement, For Approval and
For Information.
When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display. 'How to use Filter By'
Navigation - from Login Menu
On the menu, click My Action Items.
Click
next to document in list, click Select.
Note:
The Project's Home Page will display 'My Action Items' list with the
next to document.
Go to step 2 of PROJECT HOME MENU below.
Navigation - from Project Home Menu
On the menu, click My Action Items.
Click next to document in list.
Click one of the following buttons:
Open
- opens the selected document using the standard file open dialogue.
Properties -
displays
general document information; displays all document action items, displays
who the document has been viewed by, displays all the related documents,
has the ability to add/remove related documents, displays keywords, and
has the ability to add/remove keyword.
Respond
- allows
you to respond to a document
