NAVIGATION

  1. From the Main Menu, click Projects/Project List.  Note:  The 'My Projects' list will display a list of the projects you have been assigned to.

  2. Click next Project and click Project Home button.  Note:  The project home page will display.

 

View Team Details

This function enables the user to view all project team members' details and organisation details.

 

  1. In the HR dropdown menu, click Team Members.  Note:  The team members will display by organisation in display view.

  2. Select your access to team members from the List By  .  Note:  The team members list will display in display view.

  3. Click next to team member name/role in display view.  Note:  The team member's details and organisation details will display in details view.

  4. To Edit your details, click the Edit button.  Note: A person's details can only be edited by that individual.

  5. Once you have selected your access to team members from the  List By  , ensure is checked next to team member name/role in display view.  Note: The person's details and organisation details will display in details view.

  6. View details.

  7. To edit your details, click the Edit button.  Note: A person's details can only be edited by that individual.
