Open	View the saved brief/plan page in read only PDF format
Reasons for Change	View the reason/s for change and comments of the saved brief/plan page
Brief/Plan Milestones	Displays the brief/plan milestone list
Screen Item	Description
Select Brief/Plan Milestone	Unique issue number automatically allocated by the system
Milestone Date	Shortened title displayed for the issue
Change Date	Type of review for this issue
Phase
Area	The person who raised the issue
Person	The person or role responsible for the issue
Role	The deadline date for the issue

From Project Home PMBOK dropdown menu, click Integration/Brief/Plan History. Note: The Brief/Plan History List will display in the content view.

This function opens a list of the brief/plan page changes which can be filtered by a brief/plan milestone.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display. 'How to use Filter By'

	Open - view the saved brief/plan page in read only PDF format
	Reasons for Change - view the reason/s for the changed brief/plan page and comments made
	Brief/Plan Milestones - displays the brief/plan milestones list
