Navigation Button	Description
Go	Starts filter by search (only displays when list is more than one page)
All	Displays all documents in project (only displays when list is more than one page)
Previous	Goes back one page of list (only displays when list is more than one page)
Next	Goes forward one page of list (only displays when list is more than one page)
Open	Opens a complete copy of the brief/plan milestone
View	Opens a PDF document corresponding to the selected milestone
Create Milestone	Creates a milestone from the current brief/plan with comments
History	Displays the brief/plan history list of history of changes made since the selected milestone was created including milestone date, change date, phase when the milestone was created, the PMBOK area that was changed, the person and role who made the change
Screen Item	Description
Issue No	Unique issue number automatically allocated by the system
Title	Shortened title displayed for the issue
Review	Type of review for this issue
Category	Category for this issue
Initiated	The person who raised the issue
Responsible	The person or role responsible for the issue
Deadline	The deadline date for the issue
Status	The current status of the issue

From Project Home PMBOK dropdown menu, click Integration/Brief/Plan Milestones. Note: The Brief/Plan Milestones List will display in the content view.

Project milestones are critical points that are monitored throughout the life cycle of a project. Milestones highlight important interim events, e.g. the completion of a phase, a delivery of materials, and a payment for work performed.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display. 'How to use Filter By'

	Open - opens a complete copy of the milestone
	View - views the PDF version corresponding to the selected milestone
	Create Milestone - creates a milestone from the current brief/plan with comments
	History - displays a list of history of changes made since the selected milestone was created including Milestone Date, Change Date, Phase when the milestone was created, the PMBOK area that was changed, the Person and Role who made the change
