From Project Home PMBOK dropdown menu, click Integration/Brief/Plan Milestones.  Note:  The Brief/Plan Milestones List will display in the content view.

View a Brief/Plan Milestone

This function enables the user to view a read only version of the milestoned brief/plan in a PDF format.

1. Click next to Milestone in list.  Note: Hover cursor over line in list to display current status comment.

2. Click Open button.  Note:  A popup window will display a complete read only copy of the milestoned brief/plan.  The name of the milestone will be displayed in the top right hand corner.  Use the Next and Previous buttons to navigate.

3. Click File/Close or click X at top right-hand corner of screen to close the window.
