next to the brief/plan page change in the list.
Click the Open button. Note: A popup window displays the saved brief/plan page in PDF format.
Click File/Close or click X at top right-hand corner of screen to close the window.

From Project Home PMBOK dropdown menu, click Integration/Brief/Plan Milestones. Note: The Brief/Plan Milestones List will display in the content view. Hover cursor over line in list to display the milestone name in which the brief/plan change was made. The changes are listed in reverse chronological order and include all brief/plan page changes made since the selected milestone.
View a Brief/Plan History Record
This function enables to user to view a read only version of the brief/plan page change in a PDF format.
Click
