NAVIGATION

  1. From Project Home PMBOK dropdown menu, click Quality/Quality Review.  Note:  The Quality Review List will display in the content view.

  2. Select next to Issue in list.

  3. Click Edit at the bottom of the list.  Note: The issue will display for editing.

 

Edit an Issue

This function enables the creator of the issue, initiator for the issue and/or the program office to edit any details of the issue.   

Any screen item marked with a red asterisk (*) is mandatory.

 

  1. Click History button to open window displaying a history of events.  

  2. Click Close to close the history window.

  3. Make changes as required.  
    Note:
     Screen items of Discipline, Type and Trade display on the screen depending on the Review Type and Category selected from the dropdown list/s.

  4. To Add an Attachment, click Browse to locate file (e.g. documents, drawings etc).  A Choose File dialogue window will display, use the Look In to locate the directory and document/file.

  5. Click on the file name, click Open to select file location and name.
    Note: The open attachment image and name of file will display under the
    Browse button after you have clicked Save.  Repeat steps 13 & 14 to add another attachment.  

  6. Click Remove next to the document/s listed under Add Attachment/s.

  7. Click Save or click List to cancel and go back to quality review list.
    Note:  The issue will save and display in view only mode.  

  8. Click New to create a new issue.

  9. Click Edit to edit the current issue.

  10. Click List to go back to quality reviews issue list.
