NAVIGATION

  1. From Project Home PMBOK dropdown menu, click Quality/Quality Review.  Note:  The Quality Review List will display in the content view.

  2. Select next to Issue in list.

  3. Click Update Status button at the bottom of the list.  Note: A popup window will display the Update Issue Status screen.  

 

Update an Issue Status

This function enables the creator of the issue, initiator of the issue and/or the program office to change the status of a Pending, Actioned or Completed issue.  

Any screen item marked with a red asterisk (*) is mandatory.

 

  1. Select the person who is raising the issue from the Updated if different from the logged in user.

  2. Select next to Status.

  3. Add Comment in the .

  4. Click Save to save or click List to cancel and go back to quality review list.  Note:  The update status will save and display the new status in the issues list.
