Screen Item	Description
Total Area	The total gross areas grouped by building area and site works area then grouped by scope of work (new, minor redevelopment, major redevelopment, fit out)
Total Gross Building Area	The total of the gross non-site works area of the asset that the work is for
Indicative Cost Range	Range of cost between the low and high quality stream
Indicative Current Cost	Total current cost for the low and high quality streams
Additional Costs	Description and total value of additional costs which are not considered in the program, escalation or cashflow calculations

Costs are to be displayed to the nearest $1000.
The information entered on each screen is only saved when the Next button has been clicked. Should you click the Previous button before the Next button, any details entered will not be saved.

Step 6 - Current Cost Summary

The current cost summary displays the summary of the costs calculated on the basis of the information provided from the schedule of accommodation and input from other details.

Total Area - the total area of the asset that the work is for.
Indicative Cost Range: the range of cost between the low and high quality stream.
Indicative Current Cost - the total current cost for the low and high quality stream.
Additional Costs - a total figure of any additional costs.
