Navigation Button	Description
Previous	Goes back one page of the wizard

Select Asset	Opens a popup window and displays a list of all the asset types appropriate for the Agency
Print	Displays the printable version of the wizard results
Cancel	Deletes the project plan record and all associated records that have been created in the background during the process
Finish	Saves the project plan and shows in project plan list

PROJECT DETAILS Project Name	A unique name for the project
Description	A brief outline describing the project
Existing Asset	Select from the popup list of assets for agency
ASSET DETAILS Facility Type	A dropdown of the type of asset that the work is to be performed on
Location	A dropdown of all regions where the asset will be located
ACCOMMODATION NEEDS Facility Type	The facility type selected from asset details will display
Functional Area	A list of the asset's functional areas
None	The project plan has no facility type or functional area
No. Required	The number (quantity) of the specified functional areas
Site Works General	Select the type of site works for this project plan
Site Works Components	A list of site works components
None	This project plan has no site works or site works components
No. Required	The number (quantity) of the specified site works or site works components
SCHEDULE OF ACCOMMODATION Are the Areas Gross or Net	Indicates whether the area includes gross or net. Net is purely the specific functional area and gross is the functional area plus necessary surrounds
New	Buildings or new extensions to an existing building
Minor Redevelopment	Minor upgrade of an existing building
Major Redevelopment	Major upgrade of an existing building
Fitout	Work that involves the finish, content, permanent decor and other items required for the technical operation of activities that take place there, including items connected to services related to the function of the room
Remove	Remove the area from the schedule of accommodation
CURRENT COST SUMMARY Total Area	The total gross areas grouped by building area and site works area then grouped by scope of work (new, minor redevelopment, major redevelopment, fit out)
Total Gross Building Area	The total of the gross non-site works area of the asset that the work is for
Indicative Cost Range	Range of cost between the low and high quality stream
Indicative Current Cost	Total current cost for the low and high quality streams
Additional Costs	Description and total value of additional costs which are not considered in the program, escalation or cashflow calculations
DATE DETAILS Nominated Start of Concept Date	Date considering to start the project from the concept phase
COST ON COMPLETION SUMMARY Indicative Program for Completion	Period of time the project is expected to run in weeks, based on the high and low quality streams
Indicative Cost Range	The range of cost between the low and high quality stream.
Indicative Completion Cost	Total cost calculated for the project with yearly loading added plus the additional cost with no loading factors applied
RISK DETAILS Risks	Type of risks
Weighting	Weighting factor values the risk has been allocated
Score	A dropdown of the risk weighting factors
RISK SUMMARY Calculated Score	Total score calculated from the risk weighting scores
Calculated Risk	Risk level that has been calculated for the project based on the risk matrix
Adjusted Risk	Risk level the project has been adjusted to
SUMMARY Total Gross Building Area	Total area of the asset for project work broken into new, minor redevelopment, major redevelopment and fitout work
Indicative Program Range	Period of time the project is expected to run in weeks based on the high and low streams
Indicative Cost Range	The range of cost between the low and high quality stream.
Indicative Cash Flow	Cash flow expected for the project over the number of financial years based on the risk matrix
Calculated Risk	Risk calculated for the project
Adjusted Risk	Risk manually adjusted from the calculated risk for the project
