Navigation Button	Description
Go	Starts filter by search (only displays when list is more than one page)
All	Displays all documents in project (only displays when list is more than one page)
Previous	Goes back one page of list (only displays when list is more than one page)
Next	Goes forward one page of list (only displays when list is more than one page)
Project Home	Goes to the project home page
Brief	Opens the current brief and plan for the related project
Public View	Goes to the public view page for the related project
View Team	Opens a popup window and displays a list of all project team members with name, role, organisation and phone number
Screen Item	Description
Show Show - My Projects	Displays a list of all project list types in a dropdown box. Displays a list of registered projects that you have an active role on
Filter By	Filter list by entering a word (e.g. report) and the list will display only values with the word 'report' in the name (only displays when the list is more than one page)
Name	Name of the project
Client	Client organisation involved in the project
Phase	PIP phase the project is in
Phase Start	Date the project entered the phase
Status	Status of the project

The Project Home button will only be enabled if you have an active project role.
The Brief button will only be enabled if you have an active project role or the project an a related brief record.
All users have access to View Team Members for any project that is visible in the project lists.

From the Main Menu, click Project List. Note: The 'My Projects' Projects List will display.

My Projects List provides a straightforward mechanism to access all the registered projects that you have an active role on.

When there are 10 or more items to select from a list, the 'Filter by' box will display. 'How to use Filter By'

	Project Home - opens the selected project's home page
	Brief - opens the selected current brief and plan for the related project in read only format
	Address - opens a popup window and displays a list of Asset Address/es, Site Address/es and Site Contact Person
	View Team - opens a popup window and displays a list of all project team members with name, role, organisation and phone number of the selected project
	Public View - goes to the public view page for the selected project
