Click Contact Us in the header at the top of the screen.  Note:  The library home page will open in a separate window.

How to Contact Us

1. Click to send an email.

2. Call us on 08 8226 1511.  

3. Access a project team members details.  
   (a)  Click Projects/Project List.  Note:  The 'My Projects' Projects List will display in the display view.
   (b)  Click next to project in list.
   (c)  Click Team Members.

When e-mailing, provide:

1. Your company name

2. Your name and preferred contact details (telephone and email)

3. What your enquiry is, and whether relating to technical issues or information.  Please be as specific as possible as it can be difficult to pinpoint if it is the software or other accessories surrounding the software that could be the issue.  Definitely give details of any error messages you are receiving.
