BPIMS MODULE

All screens include context (related to the current screen) help with access to the full BPIMS on-line help system, related topics, navigation buttons and screen items and business rules.

Help

Instruction:

Click on Help at the top of the screen (header).

Upgrade to Security
Record Locking
Record Auditing
Login issues resolved (nul pointer messages etc.)

General System Upgrades

Instruction:

None.

Library functionality has been deployed however system is awaiting data entry to make the Library useful

Library

Instruction:

Click on Library at the top of the screen (header). To learn more about the features and the functionality of the Library, click on Help at the top of the Library screen (header).

Now in operation - all menu items at the top of screens (header) e.g. Home, Library, Contact Us, Help, Logout and Search; and at the bottom of screens (footer) e.g. Proformas, Guidenotes and Policies

Instruction:

Header:

Home - opens the Login main menu screen

Library - opens the BPIMS Resource Library

Contact Us - displays information on how to contact us

Help - opens the context help for the current screen displayed

Logout - logs you out of the BPIMS operational area

Search - enter a resource name and click Go to open BPIMS Library

Footer:

Displays proformas, guidenotes and policies available to you
(dictated by your login access AND/OR role on a project).
You can Open or click Library Search to open the BPIMS Library for more information.

More than one person can be assigned to a role on a project. People lists are sorted by surname.
Allow selection of more than one item from multiple pages in a popup list (e.g. Step 1 of Assign Project Roles)

Human Resources

Instruction:

None.

The 'Delete from all Models' and 'Apply to all Models' checkbox is now always checked in Lines (Master List).

Framework

Instruction:

Only Uncheck Box if the line is NOT to be deleted from all models or NOT applied to all models.

Insertion of lines in Master Lines list and Model Setup lines list.

Framework

Instruction:

Click on Line above or below where you wish to Insert a New Line in the master Lines list or Model Setup Lines list.

Model Setup Lines retains heading in display view of Add, New and Arrows whilst scrolling through lines list.
When selecting a line to edit, display screen will retain place of line.
